You can use your PNC card to book your hotel room and expense the cost after the program using our expense reporting process in Concur. If you do not have a PNC card, please talk to your manager about the best way to reserve your room.

Ground Transportation

We will coordinate ground transportation to the resort, with details to be shared in mid-to-late-January. Please refrain from renting a vehicle.

Arrival Timing

• Keynote Presenters: Arrive in time for rehearsals starting at 3:00pm on Monday, Feb 3.

• Director+ Revenue Organization: Arrive in time for a leadership meeting starting at 3:00pm on Monday, Feb 3.

• Revenue Organization: Arrive in time for a Welcome Reception starting at 6:30pm on Monday, Feb 3.

• Non-Sales Participants: Please arrive in time for the sessions you are participating in.

Departure Time

• Keynote Presenters: You are welcome to depart after your keynote presentation unless you will be participating in Product Sessions. You are welcome to stay for the duration of the event.

  • CRO, CEO, CMO: Keynotes end at 12:00pm on Tues, Feb 4.

  • Product Organization: Keynotes end at 12:00pm on Wed, Feb 5. Product sessions end on Thursday, Feb 6 at 12pm.

• Revenue Organization: The event will conclude at 9:00pm on Thursday, Feb 6. Plan to depart on Friday, Feb 7.

• Non-Sales Participants: You can depart after the sessions you are participating in conclude.

 

Travel Policy

Meals

Meals on travel days can be expensed according to the standard guidelines in the Chamberlain Group T&E Policy. Meals during the sales meeting have been prepaid based on the confirmed number of attendees. Please prioritize attending the provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated, and you can identify any allergies or dietary needs during registration.
